  • What if I lost my password?

    Do not worry, just click on the button 'forgotten password' and enter your e-mail address. You will then receive a link to this e-mail address where you then can reset your password.

  • What happens with my personal data in my profile?

    The data is not forwarded to any third-party companies and does only serve as help during support requests. All data fields in the support form will be filled out automatically with your profile data.

  • What happens when I fill out a support request?

    The request will be forwarded to our NOXON-Team. A support member will then contact you by e-mail to solve your issue. This is the only need for your personal data, it will not be forwarded to any third party companies.
